Well, here we are with one of those new-fangled "utterly pointless" forwards. There is absolutely no point to these kinds of forwards, but they somehow get sent around year after year. It makes me want to disown all of humanity and go live in the woods.
Here's a good way to spot a UP forward: look at the first five lines. If you see the phrase "DON'T ASK", it's a UP. Period. End of story.
This one is a names list. It tells you to put your name in alphabetical order on the list. If it's already there, put a star beside it and pass the forward on. Don't ask me why. This is a UPF after all. But what kills me is the fact that there are a few people that don't know what ALPHABETICAL ORDER is. People whose names are:
Adreanna and Adrienne. Since when did R come before L?
Alix. X is way after S, buddy.
Erin, whose "Er" takes bottom priority to Elizabeth's "El".
Kallene. Two L's do not a top-lister make.
And what's with this "Katherine/kAtHeRiNe" crap? Do you actually SPELL your name like that? How do you pronounce it? My suggestion to you: get off AOL. Hurry!
